Sales Associate
We seek candidates who want to join our successful team to work minimum two days in weekday’s and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with one weekend off in a month.
Qualifications:
Candidates with Green Card, Work Permit (Minimum six months of validity) Or Citizens can apply.
Must possess excellent communication and listening skills.
Proficient in speaking English and Hindi is required.
Must have Current and Valid Driver’s License.
Store is closed every Tuesday.
Pay: Salary* as per PA State Minimum.
Essential skills:
Greet and wait on customers. Identify customer needs; build customer relationships through care and responsiveness, product recommendations and assist customers through the purchasing process. Exhibit excellent customer service skills by answering questions courteously and accurately, about products and services of particular interest to the customer, resolve and restore customer confidence, or quickly direct them to the appropriate resource.
All associates may be considered for cross training; some may be assigned duties in one or more areas at management discretion.
Present a calm demeanor and positive interaction with customers.
Work effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
Demonstrate consistent and effective sales techniques.
Perform daily stocking and maintenance duties.
Follow all procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Maintain regular personal attendance for all scheduled timings.

Online Sales Position

Computer Knowledge is required.
Must have knowledge of Excel, Word, and ability to solve analytical issues.
Candidates with Green Card, Work Permit (Minimum six months of validity) Or Citizens can apply.
Must be excellent in phone communication skills and listening skills.
Proficient in speaking English and Hindi is required.
Must have Current and Valid Driver’s License.

Essential skills:
Develop relationships with customers to find their best choice of jewelry through email, chat, and /or phone through serving best-in-class customer service.
Inventory Management, monitor pricing and ensure all customers get the best pricing to meet their needs at all times.
Verify Customer Account Information.
Take jewelry pictures using in house studio. (We can train in taking pictures)
Data Entry, picture uploads to our Website and Perform daily maintenance of our website.
Maintain relationships with customers post-order to gauge satisfaction, solicit feedback, and meet any additional needs.
Manage customer issues ensuring 100% customer satisfaction including but not limited to telephone and email follow up.
Must be dedicated, on time, and have great ability to multi-task as well as handle incoming calls, within our store.
